DJ Service Packages
Pricing is based on the amount of equipment we need to bring to properly do the event. This is determined by the type of event, size of the room or hall and the number of guests in attendance.
Package A -
Music for small venues & groups of up to 135 guests
- This economical package is best for small events or medium sized events
requiring only background music.
Price: $450.00. Extra hrs. $75.00 ea.
Package B -
Music for medium sized venues & groups of up to 300 guests
- This package will provide high-quality music for most events and includes
our basic lighting package. It’s a good choice for medium sized indoor
or outdoor events.
Price: $550.00. Extra hrs $90.00 ea.
Package C - Music for large venues and groups of over 300 guests -
This package includes 4 hours of continuous music and is best suited for
medium to large events or events requiring higher volume levels and
exceptional bass. This package includes our basic lighting package.
Price: $700.00. Extra hrs. $125.00 ea.
Ceremony Sound
System - A
system designed to provide amplification and music for a ceremony in a
separate location from the reception. Ideal for outdoor weddings or venues
without existing sound systems. Price: quote based on
needs
Music Video Option – See the same videos found on VH1, CMT, MTV or GAC at your event on our projection system through our BOSE sound system. Price: add $100.00 to DJ package price.
Video Projector Option - We set up a video projector & screen at your reception to play programming of your choice. Many brides use this for slide shows from the bride & groom's childhood years but you can use it for whatever you would like. We supply the projector & screen and a playback device compatible with your media ( i.e. DVD, VHS, CD, PC). We will set it up near the DJ table so we can control it during the reception. Price: $65.00.
Basic Lighting Package
This option adds a small intelligent lighting system to the sound
service. It is best described as a tasteful, colorful display that won’t
dominate the event. We've found that this small addition helps get
people up and dancing earlier and longer. This package is great for
wedding receptions. Price: add $50.00 to DJ package price. (included in pkgs
B & C)
Deluxe Lighting
Package
This option adds 4 hours of continuous lighting produced by our extensive
mobile club-quality intelligent lighting system. It really adds life to an
event. Because of the extra power needed for the equipment, we may need to
survey the hall before accepting a contract for this option. Price: add
$200.00 to DJ package price.
Set-Up Fees:
For some reception halls there is an additional set-up fee above the package
price. These are predominately large hotels where it is more difficult and
time-consuming to move our equipment in and get it set up. There is no set
up fee for most locations. If you are concerned about this, please call us
and we’ll let you know if a set up fee applies to your chosen hall.
Outdoor Events
For outdoor events we will provide our own canopy and table. This
allows us to properly protect our equipment from the elements.
The above prices are our standard Saturday rates. Discounts are available for other days of the week. Prices are subject to change without notice. All packages include 4 hours of continuous music. Additional hours can be purchased in advance or at the event.
